History
In the summer of 2019, I worked my first job at a local Freddy’s to buy my first DSLR camera. I spent my senior year of high school learning how to work it by taking photos of my friends and making short films on it. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I was stuck in the house with nothing to do but become more acquainted with my camera. A friend in my Drama class eventually reached out to ask to take her headshots.
This would be my first ever paid photography gig. I enjoyed hanging out with her and helping with her acting career. She enjoyed her pictures so much that she recommended me to a mutual friend and there I had another gig. I quickly realized I could make a decent side hustle around helping other artists like me. I eventually started editing videos for churches, making album photos for musicians, and designing graphics for businesses.
